"Snowy Owl"
Oil on Canvas
22" x 28", Framed
Snowy Owls are amount the largest North American Owl species. These large owls breed on the Arctic tundra. They are Endangered because these owls have a hard time finding enough food. Poachers also kill them in order to make money from the lovely feathers. Trapping them has resulted in their numbers taking quite a dip in the past couple of decades.
